The Drive Behind M60

Hi, I’m Mark Reeves, the founder and owner of M60 Car Warehouse. Cars have always been my passion, as far back as I can remember I have been obsessed with cars – toy cars, ride on cars, fairground cars, my dad’s cars, other people’s cars and eventually my own cars.

My early career in retail management, customer service and latterly recruitment, while not involving cars, gave me great insight in to understanding what makes a great customer experience, and what true customer service is all about. I have always been a “people person” and thoroughly enjoy the interaction that I have with my customers.

In 2012 I decided that the time was right to combine my passion for cars with the skills and experience that I had developed, and launched M60 Car Warehouse. My aim was to source a great quality product, backed up with great service and an enjoyable experience without the stereotypical and sometimes negative attributes associated with the motor industry.

I really don’t like pushy sales people, and I really don’t see why anyone else would either. As a result I don’t do “sales”. My approach is simple, I like to make customers feel welcome, we discuss your needs (if you want to) and I’ll suggest the products that most closely match your needs. That way you the customer are in the driving seat, making your own decision with as much time as you like to think for yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Since 2012 I have sold hundreds of cars to hundreds of people and the approach certainly seems to be working. From our original base in a small office at Carrington Business Park, we now operate from a roadside forecourt in Eccles, a stone’s throw from the Trafford Centre, with 30+ cars in stock at any time. I also operate a vehicle sourcing service and have found the perfect car for several customers looking for something specific.

In addition to my customers, I have worked hard to find a great team of mechanics, MOT testers, body work specialists and valeters. The relationships I have built with these individuals and businesses over the years have helped to ensure that all our cars are in top notch condition before they leave the forecourt.

People tell me I’m not the “typical car salesman”, and I’m very happy to agree with them, but don’t take my word for it, come and have a chat and see for yourself.
